Robert J. Warner, 63 died Tuesday, April 10, 1990, in Mercy Hospital.
He was born Feb. 6, 1927, in Port Huron and was a lifelong resident. He married
Joyce M. Edie, Aug. 18, 1951 in Port Huron.
He was employed in the rod mill at the Mueller Brass Co. He was a member of the National Campers and Hikers Association for more than 20 years. He was a charter member of Chapter 121, Rollin' Vikings of Marysville.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; three daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie and Mike Fogarty of Smith Creek, Debbie and Joe Eagan of Marysville and Darcy and Karl Wabrowetz of Port Huron; a son Rob Warner of San Diego; two sisters, Etta Mae Radatz of Memphis, Mich., and Hazel Hand of Port Richey, Fla., a brother Charles Warner of Marysville, five grandchildren, Joshua, Zachary, Brian, Brandon, and Hillary, all of Port Huron; mother-in-law, Harriet Edie of Port Huron, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Karrer Simpson-Crawford Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Thomas Johnson of St. Christopher's Church will officiate. Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery.
Visiting is 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today. A Masonic memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. under the auspices of Fort Gratiot Lodge 274 F. & A.M.
Pallbearers will be Hugh and Allan Lake, John Howard, Mark Lancaster, Richard W. McAuley, and Thomas Duncan.
Memorials may be made to the Washington Avenue United Methodist Church.
