She was survived by her husband, Lewis C. Fitzpatrick, from this union were born three sons, Charles Fitzpatrick, John S. Fitzpatrick and Van Hester Fitzpatrick; and two daughters, Mary E. Fitzpatrick and Eliza J. Fitzpatrick.
Permelia had four brothers, James Wilson Stone, William Jack Stone, John Franklin Stone and Marion Alvin Stone; and three sisters, Stacy Elizabeth Ann Stone, Mary Lou Stone and Frances Jane Stone.
Burial was in the Somerset City Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
