Rezek

Raymond Q. Rezek, 70, of Melnik, died Sunday afternoon at the home of his sister, Emma Rezek of Rt. 1, Maribel.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville. The Rev. Charles Freuden will officiate and burial will be in Melnik Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Mr. Rezek was born March 31, 1900, in the Town of Gibson, son of the late Anton and Julia Andrel Rezek. He was a lifelong resident of this area and was a carpenter and mason by trade. He also operated a thrashing machine in the Gibson – Zander area for many years.

Survivors include three brothers, twin brother, Hugo, of Rt. 1, Denmark, and Louise and Leo of Rt. 1, Maribel; three sisters; Emma Rezek of Rt. 1, Maribel, Mrs. Joseph Hynek of Maribel and Mrs. Charles Bauer of Racine and 16 nieces and nephews. A sister and twin brothers, preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday until the time of services.
