Dorothy M. "Dot" Coradi, 77, of East Brady, formerly of Bradys Bend, died Friday at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning.
Born Aug. 22, 1927, in Rayburn Township, Armstrong County, she was the daughter of George A. and Hazel R. Miller Cornman.
She enjoyed cooking. She also enjoyed her dog, Bootsie and being with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Coradi was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend.
Surviving is a son, William L. Coradi Jr. and his wife, Penny, of Rimersburg; two daughters, Hazel A. Rattigan and her husband, Robert, of Chicora and
Lisa A. McCarl and her husband, Donald, of B
utler; and three sisters, Mary M. Veronesi and Helen I. Bright, both of Seminole, Lancaster County and Caroline M. "Sis" Bright of Ford City.
Also surviving are nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Her husband, William L. Coradi, whom she married Nov. 20, 1948, died Aug. 24, 1993.
She also was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Cornman and Caroline Miller; two brothers, George Jr. and Jerry T. Cornman; and a granddaughter, Gretchen M. Coradi.
CORDAI - Friends of Dorothy M. "Dot" Coradi, who died Friday, July 8, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at CHARLES B. BUECHELE FUNERAL HOME, 105 Fourth St., East Brady. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend, with the Rev. Anthony Ditto officiating. Burial will be at Hemphill Cemetery, Chicora.
A parish prayer service will be held at 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to East Brady Area Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 325, East Brady, PA 16028
