1. I desire to have a funeral and burial according to my station in life. My Executor is to pay the minister $5.
2. Pay all my debts and funeral expenses.
3. Purchase a monument not to exceed $200.
4. To the Trustees of the Helts Prairie Cemetery Association $150. It is to be used for upkeep of the cemetery.
5. To my sisters Mrs. BELLE MACK and Mrs. MARY LEITON, share and share alike, all the household and kitchen furniture, and my clothes.
6. To Mrs. MYRTLE THOMPSON, now of Bend, OR - $100.
7. I direct that all my real estate be sold.
8. If MARY LEITON is not living at the time of my death, her share is to go to EARLE O. WHITE and MILO G. WHITE.
9. I appoint E.B. JAMES Executor.
