Ethel G. Eyerly, 91, formerly of 120 S. State St., Elgin, died Thursday, (April 28, 1983) in the Imperial Nursing Center, Elgin.

She was born Aug. 1, 1891, in Nortonville, Kan., the daughter of Russell J. and Anna Crandall Maxson.

She was a member of the Seventh Day Baptist church of North Loup, Neb.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Alvin (Arlene) Bredthauer and Mrs. Clem (Dorothy) Bogaard, both of Algonquin, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E. Ford Eyerly, whom she married, June 24, 1913, in North Loup. He died Sept. 5, 1958. She also was preceded in death by six sisters and four brothers.

Services will be at 10 a. m. Saturday in the Wait, Ross, Allanson Algonquin Chapel, the Rev. Willis A. Reed officiating. Burial will be in the Algonquin Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6- 9 p.m. today in the chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Emergency Ambulance Service.
