Her early childhood was spent in Livingston, her parents moved to Mission Creek at the age of 11, where she grew into womanhood. She attended the Bruffery school, and her pleasing personality endeared her to all who knew her.
When she was 19 see married to Memerous Bruffey and lived on Mission Creek at the location of the 63 ranch. She was an estimable wife and mother and a loving neighbor. She left four young children and is buried next to her parents with out a stone.
