Margaret N. Dean September 4, 1923 April 25, 2016 Margaret N. Dean, 92, of Pennsylvania Furnace, died April 25, 2016, at Centre Crest in Bellefonte. Born on Sept. 4, 1923, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of Lillian Hoffman and James Dickson. On March 12, 1943, in Pennsylvania Furnace, she married Clair W. Dean. He died August 23, 2011. She is survived by one daughter, Mary and husband, Matt Hall, of Julian; three sons, James and wife, Loraine Dean, George and wife, Mary Ann, and Terry, all of Pennsylvania Furnace; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. She was a member of Presbyterian Church of Pine Grove. She was an avid Bingo player. She was a homemaker. Funeral services will be held on April 30, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Cox Funeral Home, Warriors Mark with Rev. Carl Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Graysville Cemetery. Friends will be received on Friday from 7-9 and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pine Grove Presbyterian Church, PO Box 241, Pine Grove, PA 16868.
