Services for William G. Holt, 74, who died yesterday afternoon at his home, 1045 NE 16th Terr., will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Fairchild Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John H. Hanger officiating. Burial will follow In Lauderdale Memorial Park.
Born In Paris, Ky, Mr. Holt, a retired grocer, came here nine years ago from Lexington. Ky.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Carole W. Holt. Ft. Lauderdale: a son, W. G. Holt Jr., Hazard, Ky.; a daughter, Mrs. Laura Dassler, Hawthorne, N. Y.; two sisters. Mrs. E. Q. Sandord, Louisville, Ky., and Miss Rebecca Holt, also of Paris; a brother, Edward Holt, Salt Lake City. Utah, and five grandchildren.
