Noel D. Rogers, 82, of Magnolia, AR died Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Wentworth Place in Magnolia.
Noel was a member of College View Baptist Church and retired after 44 years from Alumax Corporation.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Iva (Elmore) Rogers; sister Mary Evelyn (Babs) Lewis; brother Edward Elery Rogers and wife Joan; nephews Andy Rogers, Jack E. Rogers and Gary Rogers. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Shirley (Wepfer) Rogers of Magnolia; sons Barry D. Rogers of Norphlet, John R. Rogers and wife Mona of Luther, OK; daughter Gina A. Rogers of Magnolia; brother Jack Rogers and wife Mary Jimmie of Magnolia; brother in law Doug Lewis of Shreveport, LA; sister in law Sammy Jo Wepfer of Katy, TX; grandchildren John Brandon Rogers and wife Karley, Randi Rogers Wilson and husband James of Luther, OK, Jordan Rogers Glasgow of Stamps; great grandchildren Jonah W. Rogers, Lilly Noel Wilson, Alley Jo Wilson, Lucy Bird Wilson all of Luther, OK, and Addyson Glasgow of Stamps.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, July 31 at 3:00 PM at the Stephens Cemetery with Bro. Aaron Middleton officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
