Vicki was born to Ray and Oval Markham in Bakersfield, CA. She was one of 12 children, 7 girls, and 5 boys. She was raised and attended local schools in the Oildale area where she graduated from North High School. She was married and divorced and had only one daughter, Diane. She eventually moved to Ohio to be close to her daughter and grandchildren. She recently came back to Bakersfield, where due to a failing heart, she passed away. Vicki was a quiet and beautiful person. She leaves behind her daughter Diane Kitchen Lord, 4 grandchildren of Ohio, sisters Marian of Bakersfield, Pat, of Oklahoma, brothers Russell, of Bakersfield, Steve of Oklahoma, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no service, however, a memorial will be held at a later date.
