MRS. BERTHA JANE CLAPPER, Wife of C. W. Clapper, died at 3.30 yesterday afternoon at her home between Duncansville and Cross Keys, of pneumonia. She was born Nov. 2, 1891, the daughter of James E. and Mary B. Young, of Duncansville. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Edwin M., Lillian M., Charles W., and Marie J., and by her parents and the following brother?s and sisters: Mrs. W. D. Hainley and William I., of Duncansville; Cora of Washington, D. C.,. Ralph, Beatrice, Agnue, Helen, Hector, Dorothy, Maud, Luther, Paul, Ruth and Marjorie, all of Duncansville. Mrs. Clapper was a member of the Lutheran church of Duncansville.
