Charles C. Place, 73, Belvidere R.D., a retired blacksmith, died today in Warren Hospieal where he was admitted Dec 26.
Born in Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe County, and was a son of the late Benjamin and Anna Frankenfield Place.
Mr. Place retired six years ago. He lived in the Belvidere area 44 years.
He was of the Methodist Faith.
Survivors include his widow, the former Olfa Roberts, three sons, Paul R. Blairstown R.D., Charles A., Belvidere R.D., and Donald E., at home; a daughter, Loreen, wife of Warren Pysher, Belvidere R.D.; a sister, Mrs Fannie DeHaven, Mount Pocono and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the MacFadden Funeral Home, B elvidere
