Vivian Eyler Fogle, age 92, of Frederick, died Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born September 27, 1924 in Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Bruce Paul Eyler and Lutie Lenore Singer Eyler. She was the wife of Donald P. Fogle who died in 2009.
Mrs. Fogle was a member of Grace Rocky Hill Lutheran Church, near Woodsboro. She operated a daycare center in her home and enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Surviving are daughters, Sharon Proctor of Greensboro, NC; Tawn Stup of Frederick and Misha Benson and husband Ken of Newnan, GA; 5 grandchildren, Tiffany and husband Mario, Jan, Christopher and wife Nikki, Dylan and Alexandra; 2 great grandchildren, Taylor and Greyson; 4 sisters, Velma and husband George, Barbara and husband Tommy, Janice and Doris; a brother, Billy and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 6 brothers.
The family will receive friends at Hartzler Funeral Home, 404 S. Main St., Woodsboro from 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 24 until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Her grandson, Pastor Christopher Stup, will officiate. Interment will follow in Rocky Hill Cemetery.
