GEORGE T. CHAFIN JR.
HIGH POINT — George Thomas Chafin Jr., 64, of 1009-B Albert St., died Sunday at High Point Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, at Sechrest Funeral Home with the Rev. T. Marshall Collins and Dr. E.W. Price Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Floral Garden Park.
He was a native of Lincolnton, Ga., a former employee of Blue Bell and a member of the Green Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are wife, Mrs. Edna S. Chafin; daughters, Mrs. Bobby Culler of Jamestown; sons, Thomas B. Chafin of Midlothian, Va., George Chafin of Willingboro, N.J.; sisters, Mrs. Ralph Norman, Mrs. William Ivey and Mrs. Ralph Franzier of Lincolnton, Ga.; brother, Wayne Chafin of Lincolnton, Ga.
