Susan K. Schenck, 56, Rockford, died Thurs., July 30, 2009, in SwedishAmerican Hospital, after a long journey with breast cancer. Born Sept. 18, 1952, in Rockford; the daughter of Roy and Margaret (Brinker) Johnson. Graduate of East High School, Class of 1970. She married Jon Schenck on March 11, 1988, in Rockford. Susan was a secretary and office manager for Camlin Insurance and Roofing Systems. Attended First Evangelical Free Church. susan was a die-hard Cubs fan.
Survived by husband, Jon; mother, Margaret Johnson; sister, Barbara (Ron) Herbig; brothers, Rick (Donna) and bob (Rayean) Johnson; seven nephews and her best buddy, "Jake".
