Lytha Elizabeth Martin, 87, died Saturday in ExtendaCare of New Castle after a long illness.

Mrs. Martin was born in Pulaski County, Ky. She was a homemaker and a member of United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Dugger and Mary Gibson; a son, Charles Martin; five brothers, Joe, Finey, Harvey, Elmer and R.B. Walden; and a sister, Ellen Wallen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vetchel; two sisters and a brother.
