Emily B. Hileman, 95 years 7 months 9 days, May 2, 2017, passed peacefully at her home in Melbourne, Florida. Born in Jellico, Tennessee (formerly Smithburg), into the pioneer family of Jellico's founding Smith family, and daughter of Reverend George Erwin Baker Jr. and Laura Elizabeth Parker Baker. Great granddaughter of Andrew Jackson "AJ" and Rachel Parks Smith of Newcomb, Campbell, Tennessee.

She is survived by her children; Susan (Frank), Walter E. Jr. (Diane) and Carole, her beloved grandsons Keith, Christopher and Ryan; great grandchildren Mikayla, as well as nieces Elizabeth, Iris and Kathy, Emily, Robin and Jane and nephew John, and many great nieces and nephews. Previously deceased, her High School sweetheart and husband of 48 years, Walter Sr., her brothers George and John Baker, and sister Iris Skaggs.

Emily was a lifelong member of the Fraternal Order of Eastern Star, Georgia. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Woman's College, Chapel Hill; Emily's career as a bank Vice President and loan officer spanned several decades. During that tenure she garnered numerous awards and much recognition for excellence and for her long standing service to the New Jersey and Florida Banking communities. She was a loving and much loved member of her family and the community.
