She was the loving mother of Kathy Ambrose (Michael) of Sunrise, FL, Iris Hatfield (Charles) of Buffalo, NY, Elizabeth Hayes (Wallace) of Savannah, GA. She was the dear grandmother of Melissa Lamb, Katelyn Ambrose, Charles Hatfield, Robert Hatfield and Nyra Hayes Szish and great grandmother of Jamie Enlow and Andrew Hatfield. She is survived by her precious sister Emily Hileman of Melbourne, FL and brother John Baker of Pawley's Island, SC. Fran was preceded in death her husband of 60 years, Allen A. Skaggs, A Navy veteran. A memorial service will be held today, Marcy 10, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. at the American Burial & Cremation Center, 1801 East Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, Fl.
