Death of Miss Louise Wolfsen.

Miss Louise Wolfsen, daughter of the late H. C. Wolfsen and Mrs. Amelia Wolfsen died at the family residence near Merced, on Dec. 29th, from consumption. The young lady was a native of Merced county and 25 years of age. She has been a sufferer from the disease from which she died for several years and of late had traveled a great deal seeking a climate that might benefit her, but her health gradually failed. She was esteemed very highly by those who knew her and her untimely death is much regretted by her friends. The funeral took place last Thursday and the remains were laid to rest by the side of those of her father in the family plot in the Merced I. O. O. F. cemetery.
