Lena Donnini, Ninotti, Havard, "Noni" 94, presently residing in Ann Arbor, Mich., and formerly of the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Friday, Dec. 1, 2017.

She was born Aug. 8, 1923 in Keystone, a daughter of Angelo and Josephini (Benzi) Donnini. She was active in the Plains Democratic Women's Club, the 30 Club Bowling League, Parsons VFW and the American Legion auxiliaries. Lena loved having impromptu porch parties, cooking and baking for family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her two husbands, Richard Havard Sr., and Bruno Ninotti; two sons, Bruno Ninotti Jr., and Richard "Howdy" Havard Jr.; two brothers, John and Mikey Donnini; two sisters, Mary (Donnini) Raggi and Alda (Donnini) Marini; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Surviving are her daughters, Catherine (Havard) Campbell, Commack, N.Y.; Anita (Ninotti) McDermott, Ann Arbor, Mich., (with whom she resided), Linda (Havard) Pesotski and her husband, Richard, Parsons; and Melina (Havard) Clymo, Sweet Valley. She was "Nonie" to 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. at E. Blake Collins Funeral Home, 159 George Ave., Wilkes-Barre. Interment services will be held Wednesday in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Plains Twp.
