Mrs. ARTISEE "ARTIE" SENTELL PARKER is the daughter of Jasper Sentell Sr. and Mrs. Lillie M. Smith Sentell.

Obituary
"Funeral services for Artisee Parker, of Jefferson, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Connor's Goodwill Methodist Church, in Jefferson, with the Rev. F.E. Johnson officiating with arrangements by Golden Gate Funeral Home, of Dallas. Burial will be at Driskell Cemetery, near Baldwin, under direction of Lewis Funeral Home, of Marshall. Mrs. Parker died Saturday, July 1, 1969 at Charlton Methodist Hospital, in Dallas. She was born September 20, 1918, in Harrison County, and she attended public schools in Marion County. She had previously worked at Paul Harris Grocery, in Jefferson. She was an active member of Connor's Goodwill Methodist Church, in Jefferson. Survivors include one daughter Evelyn Gardner, of Dallas; nine sisters, Iris L. Dromgoole, of Jefferson, Addie Arthur and Charlea Jones, all of Saginaw, Michigan, and Clarice Beckham, Clara Thompson, Evelyn Owens, Mattie L. Brewer, Ruthie Lee Sentell, and Florine Beaty, all of Dallas; and three brothers, Jasper Sentell Jr. and Hue Lee Sentell, both of Saginaw, Michigan, and Edward Lee Sentell, of Longview."
