Alice Brough Hall, Logan died January 7, 200. She was born March 24 1918, in Tremonton, Utah, the daughter of Owen L and Dora T Brough. She married Owen H. Hall but was later divorced.
She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Utah State University and taught in Box Elder, and Jordan School Districts, and was a school counselor in Logan School District.
She was active in the LDS Church serving as drama and speech director and also in the Mutual presidency.
She was an active writer of poetry and much of her educational writing was published. Alice's first love was her family, children, grand and great-grandchildren. She was happiest when sharing and being with them.
Alice was a special patient while at Logan Nursing Center and made many friends among the nurses, aides, and fellow residents. We express appreciation to Logan Nursing Center and Dr. Salisbury.
Whe was preceded in death by her parents, a son-in-law, Brent W, Anderson, a grandson, Travis Hall, and a daughter-in-law Brenda Scofield. She is survived by two sons, and two daughters. Other survivors include four brothers and two sisters. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Interment will be in the Hyrum City Cemetery.
