He was born May 10, 1925 in Tremonton, Utah to Owen LaVar and Ivy Dora Toone Brough.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Toquerville Ward Chapel on Toquerville Boulevard. There will be a visitation held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2009 and again on Saturday form 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the services, both held at the Toquerville Ward Chapel.
Interment will take place in the Toquerville City Cemetery.
