Age 90, a son of the late Michael and Freeda Lindsley Seelinger. Charles attended General McLane High School and went on to serve in the United States Navy during WWII. He worked as a machinist at Zurn Industries for over 30 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Hoch Seelinger and three siblings.
He is survived by four children, Michael French of Conneaut, Ohio, Sandy S. Gallegos of Erie, Randy Seelinger of Sheffield, Pa. and Alan J. Seelinger and his wife Kathleen of Erie, nine brothers and sisters, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
