JEFFERSON - Alma T. Mueller, 94, died on Friday, April 7, 2006, at Fort Memorial Hospital.
She was born on April 5, 1912, in Cumberland, daughter of George and Ida (Redlin) Adascheck. She married Herbert "Herb" Mueller on Nov. 26, 1938, in North Prairie.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jefferson, the Eunice Society and the Jefferson County Chapter of Thrivent.
Alma worked for 10 years at Countryside Home as a housekeeping supervisor and worked in home health care for many years. She was a member of the Jefferson Homemakers and active in 4-H.
She is survived by her husband, Herbert Mueller of Jefferson; one daughter, Kathryn (Bill) Banbury of Lake Mills; two sons, Richard (Linda) Mueller and Gerald (Joyce) Mueller, both of Jefferson; eight grandsons, Tim, Dan, John, David, Andrew, Benjamin and Joel Mueller and Matthew Banbury; three granddaughters, Shelly McCoy, Lon Mueller and Heidi Kolehouse; 18 great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren, Robert, Daniel, Dean, Deanna and Kenneth Grassman and Michelle Bittorf; one sister, Sophie Gruenenwald of Lake Mills; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ronald Mueller; four brothers; and eight sisters.
Funeral services will be held at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jefferson at 11 a.m. on Tuesday with the Rev. Mark O. Bartsch and the Rev. John E. Warmuth officiating. Burial will take place in Christberg Cemetery, Jefferson.
Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
The Olsen Funeral Home of Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the WELS Missions, or Rainbow Hospice.
