Aileen Glen, age 86, passed away peacefully at home in Bellingham, on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Aileen was born on May 15, 1932 in Plainview, MN to James and Aileen (Brooks) Carpenter. She was the 13th of 15 children.

Aileen was an excellent homemaker, was active in the VFW Auxiliary and was a very competitive league bowler for many years.

Aileen and Al enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, fishing, camping and boating, with their travels taking them throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

She was predeceased by her son, Michael Harry Lowmon and stepson, Dirk Glen.

Aileen is survived by her loving husband Alvin, children William (Pat) Lowmon, Aileen (Monte) Walton, John (Susie) Lowmon, Teresa Williams, Donna (Scott) Thompson, Dale (Linda) Glen, Debbie (Steve) Harrison and David Glen, sister Gertrude Martin, grandchildren Michael, William, Brenda, Scott, Matthew, Brianna, Tiffany, Joshua, Amy, Raymond, Elizabeth, Margaret, Anthony and Edward, Michael, Jennifer, Dominic, Michael, Victor, David, and Melissa, and many great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Friday, August 17th at 11 AM. Reception following.
