Funeral services for Mrs. Aurilla Richardson, 84, who passed away Sunday, September 19, 1965, at Valley View Nursing home after a long illness, were held Wednesday, September 22, at 2 p.m. at the Wilson-Hull Funeral Home. Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery. Rev. Robert Ayer, pastor of the Assembly of God Church in Correctionville, officiated at the services. Mrs. Richardson, daughter of Alney and Matilda Moon, was born May 10, 1881, at the family home near Correctionville. She attended rural school in that community. She was united in marriage to Frank Richardson on March 1, 1900, at Pierson. The couple moved to Correctionville after their marriage. Five sons and one daughter were born to this union. She was a member of the Assembly of God church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, one sister and three sons, Rolland, Lowell and Albert. Survivors include two sons, Archie of Mitchell, South Dakota, and Floyd of Omaha, Neb., one daughter, Mrs. Doris Fullerton of Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Heath of Correctionville and Mrs. Elsie Kliegle of New Sharon, Iowa; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
