Leonard Foster, 82, 427 Bartlett St., died at 9:35 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1903, in Carroll County to Schuyler C. and Ella Jane McKinney Foster. He was married March 16, 1940, in Logansport to Clara Marie Conn who survives. He retired in 1968 as a machinist with Logan Machine. He was most recently employed as a custodian with the AFL-CIO Hall. He attended Main Street United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge.

Surviving with his wife are one daughter, Beverly Tatman, 319 Day St.; two sisters, Anna B. West, Rt. 4, and Nina Millman, 129 Seybold St.; and three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and five sisters preceded him in death.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Kroeger Funeral Home with the Rev. L.D. Payton officiating. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. An Eagles memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Monday.
