Mary Cobb Piazza, 83, passed away on June 19, 2007 in Shreveport, LA.
A funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007 at Christ the King Catholic Church with Msgr. J. Carson LaCaze officiating. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery in Shreveport, LA.
Mrs. Piazza was born June 26, 1923 in Shreveport, LA, and was a resident of Bossier City, LA. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters Society.
Her husband of 54 years, Joseph Piazza, Jr. preceded her in death.
Mrs. Piazza is survived by sons, William Piazza, Sr. and wife, Karen, David Piazza and wife, Barbara, Sam Piazza and wife, Audrey; daughters, Mary Jo McKay and husband, Rex, Lesa McEwen and husband, Richard, Linda Monismith and husband, David and Elizabeth Maniscalco and husband, Kenneth. Other family members include sisters, Sybil Balistrella, Ruth Moore, Corene Cryer; sisters-in-law, Lee Wyatt and Lucy Piazza; brother-in-law, John Piazza; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
