Elsie Anderson was born September 12, 1904 in Jewell County, Kansas, the daughter of Daniel and Lucy Webb. On August 17, 1921, she was married to Morris Anderson at Nelson, Nebraska. To this union were born four sons and five daughters. Mrs. Anderson resided at Nelson until moving to Oak in June, 1965.
Mrs. Anderson passed away October 31, 1965 at her home in Oak. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Elizabeth Dezarn; a son, Eugene who died in World War II; and a baby boy who died in infancy. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Morris of Anchorage, Alaska and Jack of Superior; five daughters, Wanda Amack of Superior, Marlys Waller of Pilot Grove, Mo., Donna Madson of Nelson, Bonnie Adrian of La Porte City, Ia., and Judith Willford (sic) of Exeter. There are four sisters, Mrs. Mable White and Mrs. Della Lissman of Nyssa, Oregon, and Mrs. Lida Howard and Mrs. Stella Klawitter of Nelson; three brothers, Phelix Webb of Padroni, Colo., John Webb of Clay Center, and William Webb of Grand Forks, N. Dakota. There are 23 grandchildren.
