Ileene, better known as "Granny" to everyone, was born on June 6, 1917. She was a devoted wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Bridges and her son, Edward Earl Bridges, both of Richland.
Granny is survived by one brother, Bowen Miller of Crystal Springs; and one sister, Permelia Johnson of Brandon; three daughters, Charlene Morris of Richland, Deborah Bridges of Florence, and Montie Drinan of Simpsonville, S.C.; daughter-in-law, Laverne Bridges of Richland; two son-in-laws, John Ray Morris of Richland, and Michael J. Drinan of Simpsonville, S.C.; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Richland, 1102 Hwy 49 South, Richland, MS 39218.
