Marietta Taylor Call was 91 years when she died peacefully surrounded by family members in Huntsville, Alabama on Friday, May 15, 1997.

Marietta was a native of Juarez, Mexico and lived most of her life in Ely, Nevada as well as Utah and Arizona. She lived in Huntsville, Alabama the past 12 years and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors include two daughters, Leah Tidwell of Huntsville, Alabama; Carrol Cripps of Preston, Nevada; three sons, Ivan T. Call of Orem, Utah; Steven T. Call and John R. Call both of Arvada, CO; three sisters, Pearl Anderson of Bloomington, Ill; Margaret Heywood, Salt Lake City; Ellen T. Barlow of St. George; two brothers, Arial Taylor of Washington, Ut. and Samuel W. Taylor of Redwood City, CA. Marietta was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Call, who died November 17, 1968.

The funeral will be Saturday, May 24, 1997 at the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful. Marietta's son, Ivan T. Call, will be officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service. Burial, Bountiful City Cemetery. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed.
