Lillian Taylor Hoover, 81, of Provo Canyon, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1980 in Sunnyvale, Calif. She was born Sept. 19, 1899 in Provo to John W. and Janet Marie "Nettie" Wooley Taylor. She married Ferris W. Hoover Aug. 13. 1918 in Pruvo. He died March 8, 1969. She received her education the Provo Schools and attended Brigham Young University. She was active in the LDS Church and served in the Relief Society. She had been visiting her daughter in California since October 1980.

Her survivors are one son and three daughters, John R. Hoover, Orem; Mrs. William Z. (Mildred) Earl, Sunnyvale, Mrs. Glen (Carol) Giles, Granger; Mrs. David (Margaret Hawe) Villa Park, Calif.; nine grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; one brother and one sister, Samuel W. Tayior, Redwood, Calif.; and Mrs. Dell King, Los Angeles.

Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Provo City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary of Provo, tonight from 6 to 8 o'clock and Wednesday from 10 to 10:45 a.m.
