Ginny was born at Welch, Feb. 15, 1934, a daughter of the late Graham P. and Gracie M. Graham South. She was a homemaker and affiliated with the Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Ballard was preceded in death by three brothers, Jessie South, Graham "Junior" South and Edward South. Surviving are her husband, John E. Ballard of Rock Camp and Roanoke, Va.; two daughters; two sons; a brother; a sister; two grandsons; three sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at Groves Funeral Home Chapel, Union with the Rev. Jimmy Rogers and the Rev. Don Trent officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellison Cemetery, Rock Camp.
