Herman Burgess, son of the late Henry Burgess of Willow Springs, died at the residence of his brother at Seymour, Lafayette county, on Friday, April 27; aged about 26 years.
Funeral services were held at Seymour, Rev. Wm. Atkinson officiating. The remains were laid to rest in the Union Grove cemetery.
Deceased leaves three brothers, Gustaf, Willow Springs, August, Mineral Point, Albert, Seymour; and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Dower, of the town of Shullsburg, and Miss Amelia, of Seymour.
