Mrs. Henry Burges, living three miles west of this city, after suffering for a period of two years, was sumoned by the hand of death on Sunday, Aug. 16th, 1885. The deceased was 37 years of age, was born in Germany, and came to this country in 1868, where she has lived for the past 17 years. The funeral took place Wednesday, from the family residence, and was attended by a large number of friends. She leaves a husband and eight children to mourn her loss.
