Jane Maples (father, Chadwick Curtis), Shayla Shantell Jacobson (father, Dustin Jacobson), and Shanden James Shakespeare (father, Hank Shakespeare). Shantell married Hank April 27, 1995 in St. George. Happily together for 12 years. Recently divorced. He was always there for her.
Predeceased by grandparents, Bryce Corbett of Spanish Fork, and Violet Lindsey of Springville. Services held Tuesday, August 14, 2007.
