Woodrow W. Jenkins

Woodrow W. Jenkins, 84, of Winona died of heart failure Sunday, August 3, 1997, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona.

Mr. Jenkins was the former owner of City Cafe in Winona. He was married to the late Ova Jenkins. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Winona and former member of the Winona Lion's Club.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, August 4, at Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Harold Richardson officiating. Burial was in Winona Garden of Memory.

Mr. Jenkins is survived by one sister, Eunice Landers of Memphis and one brother, Arlis Jenkins of Bruce.

Pallbearers were Allen Jenkins, Pat Golding, Wiley Charles Prewitt, George Harris Jr., Phillip Evans, John Robertson and Charles Ellis Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers were Paul Beck, David Dotson, Dr. Kenneth Collins, Aubrey Boone, Dr. Millard Costilow, Wiley Prewitt, Powell Golding, George Harris Sr., Lee Bailey, Billy Underwood, Maurice Ferguson and Dr. Tom Dulin.

Lee Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
