Mrs. Caroline A. Strebe, 74, of 167 Boyd St., died Sunday, April 21, 1985, at her home.

She was born Oct.18, 1910, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of John and Estella Lesselyoung Tesloff. She was married to Clarence Strebe on Feb. 8, 1932, at St. Mary’s Church, and he died in 1967.

Mrs. Strebe was a member of St. Joseph’s Church. She was formerly employed by J.C. Penney Co. and was active in the Girl Scouts.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Patricia Blatz of Dotyville, Mrs. Joseph (Judith) Marchello, Mary Strebe and Mrs. Richard (Kathryn) Staerzl, all of Fond du Lac; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Norman (Luella) Paschen of Green Bay, Mrs. Gertrude Schaub of Fond du Lac and Mrs. Genevieve Leavenhagen of Oshkosh; and one brother, John Tesloff of Mauston.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at Uecker-
Witt Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church. The Rev. Stephen Amann will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Girl Scouts or St. Mary’s
Springs High School.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
