Son of Eva Ann Earnhart Hileman Redwine and unknown Everhart. (DNA results is showing a relationship to the lineage of David Everhart (aka Eberhart aka Eberhardt)


He used the names Henry S. Hileman and Scott Hileman, until after his marriage to Josephine "Lavina" aka "Melvina" "Vina" "Vonnie" Jordan. (aka Jurdan) The Marriage Certificate exists, photo attached to memorial. His mother was married to Henry Hileman, until his death, then to Jesse Redwine.


Husband of Josephine Lavina (aka Melvina, Vonnie) Jordan, the daughter of Solomon Jordan and Elizabeth Shuping Jordan. (DNA supports both Jordan and Shuping relationship)


"Scott" and "Melvina" married May 14, 1876, in Cairo, Alexander Co., Illinois. Marriage license Volume D, Page 279, License Certificate # 556; Henry S. Hileman and Lavina Jordan, listed on Certificate.


He was the father of James Henry Everhart b. 1878-1950; Belle "Minnie" Everhart Kindred b. 1883-1954; Mary Jane Everhart Hileman (my grandmother) b. 1886-1955; Bertha Alice Everhart Wilkerson Morris b. 1896-1969; Lula "Pet" Everhart Johnson Rinkes b. 1904; Oscar b. 1886 d. after age 14; Duey b. 1898 d. after 1900; William Arlie Everhart b. 1902 d. 1955; and Vadie, Buck and 1 unknown name (deceased children died before 1900)


Husband of second wife, Willie Jane Golden (maiden name unk, she was the mother of James and Harriet Golden, their father George Golden) Their marriage date, October 16, 1904, Stoddard Co., Missouri, Court Records, Page 380, License issued Oct 11, 1904.


**Henry "Scott" Everhart was given the last name of Hileman at birth, although he was born after the death of Eva's husband Henry Hileman in 1853. Family lore states and Hileman Bible notes: Scott was told by his mother before her death in 1878, his father was an Everhart. (Scott was my great grandfather - father of my grandmother, Mary Everhart Hileman; and half-brother of John Jefferson Hileman, my grandfather's father)
