Born June 14, 1928 to the late Roscoe D. and Bertie B. (Williams) Arbogast.
She was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Willa Arbogast and Madge Smith; four brothers: Thamer, Earl, Roy and Roscoe, Jr. Arbogast; one son, Roy Martin Keener and three grandsons: Thomas J. Keener, Sgt. Robert W. Delaney and Roscoe J. Keener Jr.

Keener of Romney and Jennifer L. and Robert Delaney; nine grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 11 great- great-grandchildren and her best friend who was always just a phone call away no matter where life has taken them, Mary Lou Delaney.
She was Baptist by faith. While visiting in Florida, she would attend Amazing Grace Church with her daughters, Linda and Jacqueline (Jackie). She retired from Bailey Glass in 1986 and then her travels began. She loved traveling (so much that we called her the bag lady). She enjoyed and spent most of her free time cooking and baking for her family gatherings, sewing, flea marketing, crocheting and just about all crafts. Her happiest moments were spent with family. She was an amazing lady who will truly be missed by all that got the privilege to know her but we all know we will gather again in Heaven.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301 on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 2 - 7 p.m. Funeral service will be on Friday, March 26, 2021 in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home at noon with Pastor Steve Delay officiating.
