Ruric Lee Orrell, 62, of Orange City died Wednesday at Orange Memorial Hospital, Orlando.
Born in Seville, Mr. Orrell was a New Smyrna Beach resident for 25 years and had lived in Orange City for one year. He was a retired building contractor and a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Martha; one son, Donald W. of New Smyrna Beach; one daughter, Mrs. Fred Burbank of DeLand; two brothers, Bruce Orrell of Highlandsville, Mo., and Robert L. Orrell of Sanford; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Ford and Mrs. Nell Watts of DeLand, Mrs. Margaret Beasley of Bell, Fla., and Mrs. Marian Aly of Apopka.
Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home, DeLand, is in charge of arrangements.
