Mable Ann Dehart, age 81, made her way to be with the Lord peacefully December 6, 2020. Mable was from Lake Charles, LA and lived in DeRidder, LA.

We celebrate her life as a loving wife, mother, friend, and Me Maw. Mable was the firecracker of the family. She shared her love through food, such as her fried chicken, homemade biscuits, and any leftovers she could throw together and make them taste like a gourmet meal. We will miss her laughter as she tried to tell a funny story but was never able to finish them because she laughed too hard.

Mable is survived by her husband, Billy Dehart; her sons and their wives, Michael and Beth Eder, Craig Eder, and Allen and Deanna Eder; her stepsons and their wives, Billy and Marcie Dehart, Steven and Christina Dehart, and Eric and Lyndsey Dehart; fifteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and siblings, David Farque, Ricky Farque, Allen Farque, Charlotte Foy, and Gloria Young. She loved and touched all of these deeply.

Please join us in celebrating a beautiful life. The celebration will begin Friday, December 11, 2020 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Visitation will resume Saturday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Internment will take place following the service at Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley, LA.

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.
John 15:9
