Milo Ray "Butch" Phelps, 81, of North East passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Twinbrook Healthcare. He was born on February 1, 1940 in Jamestown, New York, the son of the late Lavern J. and June E. (Ecker) Phelps.

Milo was employed by Ridg-U-Rak in North East as a steel cutter for several years.

Milo was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Phelps; a son, Milo Ray Phelps, Jr.; and siblings, Robert Phelps, Eugene Phelps, and Sandy Foreman.

He is survived by his children, Dawn Marie Phelps, Loretta Lynn Phelps, and William Victor Phelps; siblings, Lemmuel Phelps and Linda Sellen; and his faithful dog, Bandit.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East. Private interment will be held at Grahamville Cemetery.
