Andrew L. Augustine, 78, of Polifka Road, Route 1, Whitelaw, died Friday evening, February 12, 1988 at Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Private family funeral services were held 10 am this Monday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and 10:30 am at St. Anne Catholic church, Francis Creek. Rev. Donald Schneider officiated with burial in the church cemetery.
Mr. Augustine was born November 5, 1909 in the Town of Kossuth, son of the late John P. and Frances Pankratz Augustine. He operated the Augustine Homestead Farm in the Town of Kossuth.
Survivors include three brothers, Martin and Michael, both of Manitowoc and Frank of Mishicot; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Grall of Janesville and Mrs. Clarence (Helen) Schisel of Manitowoc and nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, John, Joseph, Edward and Paul and three sisters, Anna Gruber, Hilda Augustine and an infant sister.
