Born in Ritchie County, West Virginia, a daughter of Daniel and Crecy Starcher, she had lived in Barberton 50 years. She retired from Barberton Citizens Hospital after 18 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Calvin L. Turner Sr.; and her brother, Chester Starcher. She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Helen Wheeler of Wadsworth, and Elma Smith of Illinois; plus a stepson, Calvin Turner Jr.; plus several nieces and nephews and many friends.
