Norman Elwyn Babcock, 87, of Montrose, PA passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Meadowview Health and Rehab. He was born in Dimock Twp. on October 2, 1934 to the late Edwin and Bernice (Sivers) Babcock. He was predeceased by his wife, Lois Marie (Hughes) Babcock in 2015.
Norman is survived by two daughters, Sheila (Dennis) Birchard, Birchardville, PA and Diane (Chris) Prentice, Friendsville, PA; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Norman served in the KoreanWar from19541956 in heavy artillery. He worked for the Bell Telephone Company in NY from 1960-1992 when he retired.
