Arthur Eugene Redmon, 90, of Asheville, died Wednesday, October 19, 2005, at his home.
A native of Buncombe County, he was a son of the late Joseph Benjamin and Ivory Henderson Redmon and was also preceded in death by four sisters, two brothers and a granddaughter.
He was a charter member of Beaverdam Fire Department, now known as Reems Creek Fire Department and was an auxillary deputy under Sheriff Tom Morrissey.
Mr. Redmon worked for Buran Dental Labs for 25 years, retired from Taylor Instruments of Arden and was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at Lewis Memorial Park
