Magdoline "Meg" Bryant Parrott, age 95, of Tomball, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Magdoline was born December 10, 1926 in Appleby Nacogdoches, Texas to Emmit and Minnie Irby. In 1990, Meg retired from CRC Evans-Weatherford after working for them 30+ years. Meg was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother to two daughters, three sisters, three brothers, four grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Meg is survived by her grandchildren Stephanie Lawless, Brittany Snively, Amanda Layton, and Nicole Nabours; her great grandchildren Chandler, Alyssa, Ashlynn, Carson, Dane, Kace, Kaelynn, Avaeh, Alonna, and Zac; her sister Marniece.

Meg loved to travel and clean house on slot machines at the casinos, but her greatest love was always the company of the ones blessed to have been her family. She was a go getter, a matriarch, a lighthouse on the coast in stormy weather. She gave hope to the hopeless and inspiration to all that knew her. Her final days she spent amongst loved ones who she reminded daily that she was still in charge.

Meg will be greatly missed by all who are survived by her. She will forever live on within the teachings of all that have been blessed with her love throughout the years and for years to come.

A graveside service for Magdoline will be held Friday, September 23, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
